Wildwood Farms: Middleton, MA

Engineering Alliance, Inc. (EAI) provided all design and permitting services for this residential development located on Mill Street Extension in Middleton. EAI successfully designed and permitted these 11 single-family lots as the first open-space cluster subdivision in the Town of Middleton, allowing more than 50% of the 39-acre tract to be permanently protected under a conservation easement as open space. The permitting included the granting of seven waivers from the standard subdivision regulations. In addition to the subdivision approvals, EAI designed the stormwater management system and all of the on-site sewage disposal systems.
